Manga and Anime Shingeki no Kyojin

Yeeeeyyy...manga Shingeki no Kyojin a.k.a Attack on Titan is in my hand now..*here it is..

Awal kenal Shingeki no Kyojin memang dari anime..
*just got the feeling.. XD..

Ok, that's really worth it kalo pengen nambah koleksi manga.. Shingeki no Kyojin sendiri di negara asalnya memang lagi benar - benar jadi pusat perhatian.. and this month (August) manga Shingeki no Kyojin volume 11 dapat peringkat 1 versi Oricon chart mengalahkan One Piece volume 71 (check out the full ranking here).
Shingeki no Kyojin  is about a world where the remains of the human population live inside cities surrounded by giant walls due to the sudden appearance, gigantic humanoid creatures known as Titans who devour humans seemingly without reason..
So, kebayang nggak, bakal gimana serunya pertempuran 2 ras yang berbeda..Manusia dan Raksasa..
Well, ini sedikit sinopsisnya :

Here's a trailer for Shingeki no Kyojin a.k.a Attack on Titan. Check it out..

Ps: Ada kabar yang beredar juga kalo tahun depan 2014 Isayama Hajime Sensei’s work will also be having a live action film..
Who’s excited?????????? :))

I'm a girl and I love Shounen

As I said it before, I’m addicted to manga..I personally actually tend to prefer shounen and seinen series over shoujo.. Ok,don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a shoujo every once in a while. But, a lot of shoujo are just pure romance, and sometime overly romantic ..(uggh..), I stay away from those.lol XD
So, I just think, the most exciting manga comes from shonen!!! I prefer a little action or adventure..I've read plenty of shonen mangas..Shounen manga are captivating and thrilling with the story and artwork..

My Manga and I

I used to be a Manga-lover. I hit it off hard. I love reading manga since 15 years ago.. But, I started getting seriously into the manga hobby, when I was in high school (11 years ago) and already collecting 2 - 4 series at a time..
Before I knew it I was spending lots of my money on manga. Manga is great, but yeah, its money consuming.. I know buying manga can be an expensive habit.. 18000 IDR – 20000IDR per volume.
Almost, every week I buy new manga.. If I see an interesting manga, I'll buy into it, which hurts my bank account a lot..(~,~;)a
It's just like cigarettes. I just can't help buying a series that looks interesting ,then I'll buy the entire series.
To be honest, I actually gained a lot more knowledge from reading Manga and watching Anime..
To me, this is a reason why some addictions hobby (like this) aren't bad. Especially something that involves a culture and language not familiar to your own.. You become interested and want to learn about it.. :D
And Here's my manga.. I think I need to buy a new bookshelf.. :o

Kyoto ga Daisuki..!!

Why I love kyoto??
Kyoto is amazing for the traditional neighborhood in the city..This ancient city is electrified..
I love kyoto for its elegant old form of beauty.. The architecture is so amazing for me..
Shrines, temples everywhere, and Torii gates..It is the most Zen city.. I love the quiet, beautiful and peaceful place.. Everything has a low profile here..The buildings are mostly uneventful and not very tall..
I think Kyoto is a place you go to get away from all of your annoying modern life..

 Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion)

Ginkakuji (銀閣寺, Silver Pavilion)

Fushimi Inari Shrine (伏見稲荷大社, Fushimi Inari Taisha)

Famous bamboo grove at Arashiyama

Love Kyoto because kimonos are still in fashion, geisha, festivals in kyoto, and of course samurai's history..Very beautiful scenes.. I love Kyoto's atmosphere.. Yosha!! I'll go there someday, that's for sure!! Matte te ne..KYOTO!! XD

Wow “SUGEE!!" those were the first words that I said when I saw this manga farming method..If you’re looking for a way to creatively reuse your old manga, here's a way guys..*jreeeng..jreeng

Tokyo-based artist Koshi Kawachi recently demonstrated his "Manga Farming" technique, which uses old manga as a growing medium for vegetables, by cultivating a crop of radish sprouts in an installation at the Matsuzakaya department store in Nagoya..
Wow, can you imagine????
So, are you ready to grow vegetable or produce a beautiful organic garden with your old manga minna???..:P lol

What does manga mean??

Manga (Japanese: 漫画 are comics created in Japan, or by Japanese creators in the Japanese language, conforming to a style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. They have a long and complex pre-history in earlier Japanese art.
In Japan, people of all ages read manga.
